Tracing IC development,the paper describes validity of the forecast by Moore's law.The network version,optic fiber version and wireless version of Moore's law have been introduced from technology progress in network,optic fiber communications and mobile communications,and their impacts on the telecommunication technology development at the beginning of 21st century are predicted.
