简要介绍ＡＴＭ 技术的主要特征，就其与现有网络技术ＬＡＮ，ＩＰ等结合以及实现展开讨论，这对广泛采用、建立直接互通的网络有重要意义。
This paper describes the main features of ATM technology,and discusses the combination of ATM with LAN、IP. This is important to extensively adopt and establish the direct exchanged network.
