水声数据传输中较大功率高可靠性发射机的研究

摘要 为了把电信号转成声波进而在海洋信道中传播,研制一种高可靠性的水声发射机显得格外重要.通过研究水声发射机较大功率应用时,传统推挽功放在采用方波激励驱动电抗性负载所面临的可靠性问题,进一步提出在电路上的各种改进措施,从而避免了因空载、单边激励等原因对功率器件的损坏.并且通过长期的出海考验,证实了改进后发射机的高可靠性,因此对整机的性能有很大的改善.同时这些改进方案对于提高某些采用PWM 信号驱动电抗性负载的功率电子仪器、设备的可靠性也有很大的实用价值. In order to convert electronic signal to acoustic wave, then transmit it under the sea water, it is obviously very important to develop a kind of highly reliable hydroacoustic transmitter. The reliability problems of the high power hydroacoustic transmitter are proposed through the study on the traditional push pull circuit using pulse signal to drive reactance load. Some improved measures are put forward to avoid damage to the power devices under idling or single side stimulus condition. With the improvements, the high reliability of the transmitter is confirmed by long term experiments on the sea and the performance of the system is greatly improved. Furthermore, these practical measures are of great value to improve the performance of power devices under the condition of PWM stimulus and reactance loads.
