摘要
研究了一价碱金属离子掺杂对低压ZnO压敏陶瓷电学性能的影响规律 ,探讨了烧结温度、降温速率对其显微结构和电性能的影响 ,分析了添加剂预合成对ZnO压敏陶瓷场强的影响规律。实验发现 :一价碱金属离子掺杂能有效地抑制漏流 ,增加非线性 ,但同时使压敏场强增加 ;提高烧结温度能有效地降低压敏场强 ,但过高的烧结温度将使漏流增加 ,非线性系数下降。通常 ,烧结温度以不超过 12 5 0℃为宜 ;添加剂预合成能降低ZnO压敏陶瓷的压敏场强 ,它为ZnO压敏陶瓷的低压化提供了一个新的途径与方法。
It has been studied that the effect of monovalent alkali ionic dopant,firing trmperatures and cooling rate on the microstructure and electrical properties of low breakdown voltage ZnO ceramic varistors.The effect of synthesis powders on breakdown field intensity has been discussed. The results show that the leakage current was decreased,nonlinear coefficient and doping monovalent alkali ions increased breakdown voltage.Raising the firing temperatures decreased the breakdown voltage, but the leakage current was increased and nonlinear coefficient was declined when the firing temperature was too higher,In general,the firing temperature is not exceed 1250℃.Introducing synthesis powders decreases the breakdown field intensity,it is an effective method for preparing low breakdown voltage ZnO ceramic varistors.
