加氢裂化反应器的无损检测与使用管理

摘要 针对在役热壁加氢反应器在高温、高压及临氢介质中的使用情况,证明12CrMo910钢存在回火脆化、堆焊层剥离、层下裂纹以及高温氢脆等问题,并分析了这些问题的主要影响因素、无损检测的重点部位,同时论述了判断在役缺陷的方法及所选用的无损检测工艺,提出在反应器内放置带有对接焊缝的挂片试块,并定期评定试块的脆化程度是对在役加氢反应器进行安全评估的有效手段。 By analyzing the use of hydrogenation reactor under high temperature,high pressure and medium rich in hydrogen,it was showed that there were temper brittleness stripping of build-up weldding layer,crack within seal weldding and hydrogen brittlenessin in 12CrMo910,and their main causes,major positions of nondestructive inspection and inspection methods were analyzed.The ways of careful selection of reasonable process of nondestructive inspection and determination of inservice defect were discussed.It was pointed out that to place butt weld test block within the reactor for the safety evaluation of hydrogenation reactor was an effective method to judge the extent of brittleness at regular internals.
