摘要
用1,2-二溴乙烷和十二烷基二甲基叔胺合成了一种阳离子型双子表面活性剂——乙烷-1,2-二(十二烷基二甲基溴化铵),记为12-2-12,并对合成产物进行了表征。结果表明,合成产物即为目标产物。合成的最佳条件是:反应温度是70℃,药品加入次序是1,2-二溴乙烷和十二烷基二甲基叔胺,物料比为n(1,2-二溴乙烷):n(十二烷基二甲基叔胺)=2∶1,持续加热20 h,收率92.6%。
An cationi gemini surfactant ethane-1,2-bis(Bromo-Geramium),denoted 12-2-12 was synthesized from 1,2-dibromoethane and Dodecyl tertiary amine.The properties of the product were characterized.The results show that the synthetic product was the target product.The best conditions for synthesis were: The reaction temperature was 70 ℃,the dug order was 1,2-dibromoethane and dodecyl tertiary amine,and the ratio was 2∶1,the continuous heating for 20 h,and the yield was 92.6%.
