摘要
采用外源混合激素药条肌体埋植法诱导巨石斑鱼Epinephelustauvina(Forskaol)提早性逆转,使3~8龄鱼在45~80天内转变为功能性雄鱼。性转雄鱼的精巢组织具有大量精子细胞和精子,用此精子与天然雌鱼的卵细胞结合已成功地进行了人工授精繁殖,孵出正常健壮仔鱼21万多尾。此外,还对性逆转期间性腺、性细胞的发育和变化过程以及外源混合激素的作用等问题进行了探讨。
Treatment with exogenous mixed hormones in a strip,using the method of intramuscular implantation,for a period about 45~80 days induced precocious sex reversal from the mature female of 3~8 year old to functional male grouper,Epinephelus tauvina (Forsk a ol). The gonads of sex reversed fish contained functional testicular tissue with secondary spermatocytes and spermatids, which were used for artificial fertilization with the ova out of ovary of female in the group of the control experiment, hatching successfully more than 210 thousand normal and viable larvae. The development and transformation process of gonad and sex cells as well as some effects of exogenous mixed hormones on the fish during the period of sex transformation were discussed.
