摘要
为避免柱角凸出室内,方便房间布置,提出一种适用于中高层建筑的重载组合柱———钢骨-T形钢管混凝土柱。考虑配骨指标、套箍指标等参数的影响,应用正交试验方法设计试验构件,通过轴心受压试验,考察试件的破坏形态,实测试件的荷载-纵向应变曲线和强度承载力,分析各参数对试件轴心受压力学性能的影响。通过试验值的回归和理论计算值的比较,提出钢骨-T形钢管混凝土短柱轴心受压承载力计算公式。试验表明,钢管、混凝土和钢骨三者能很好地协同工作,柱承载力较高。所提出的计算公式可供工程设计参考。
To avoid column feet bulging indoors and decorate room conveniently,a kind of composite column with heavy load,which is steel bone-T shaped concrete-filled steel tubular column for high-level building was proposed.Considering effect of parameters such as bone index and set of hoop index,test components were designed by using the orthogonal experiment method.The broken mode of specimens,curves of load-longitude strain,the bearing capacity of strength,and analysis effect of parameters on mechanical properties of specimens under the axial compression,were investigatod.Through comparison between the regression of experimental values and calculated values,axial bearing capacity calculation formula of steel bone-T shaped concrete-filled steel tubular short column was presented.The test results show that the steel,concrete and steel bone have a very good cooperation,and column has high bearing capacity.The formula could be valuable for engineering design.
