摘要
设计阶段是项目成本控制的关键环节,但该阶段成本控制缺乏理论先进、操作性强的方法。本文通过介绍设计阶段成本控制的现状,引出限额设计,并对限额设计下如何开展成本控制进行了探讨和研究。
Design stage is a key link of project cost control, but there is no appropriate method which is advanced in theory and easy in operability. This paper introduces the current situation of cost control in design stage, then draws forth the quota design, and sums up and researches on how to control the cost in this process.
