摘要
测定了草鱼鱼种对复合酚的耐受性以及利用K- B法在体外测定了复合酚对荧光假单胞菌和肠型点状气单胞菌的抑菌作用。结果表明, 24, 48, 72 , 96 h 的LC50 分别为19-36 ×10-6 , 18-37 ×10 -6, 17-52 ×10-6 ,15-81 ×10 -6μL/L, 安全浓度为4-96×10-6μL/L。复合酚对荧光假单胞菌的抑菌作用明显, 最小抑菌浓度(MIC)小于12-5×10-6 μL/L; 对肠型点状气单胞菌的抑菌效果不明显。
This paper determined the effects of phenolatus Compositae at different concentration on fingerling grass Carp. and the bacteriostasis of phenolatus compositae in Pseudornonas fluorescens and Aeromonas punctata f.intestinalis by K B.The results are shown as :The LC 50 of phenolatus compositae are 19 36×10 -6 ,18 37×10 -6 ,17 52×10 -6 ,15 85×10 -6 μL/L at 24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h respectively,Safety concentration is 4 96×10 -6 μL/L.The phenolatus compositae is effective in presenting the growth of Aeromonas punctata f.intestinalis.
