摘要
渔业资源增殖具有增加种群数量， 恢复已衰败种群和重建渔业的作用。如何营造一个大型增殖系统， 首先要克服阻碍系统运行的限制条件。本文就如何解决这个问题提出了自己的意见： 决策部门启动一个增殖系统要进行可行性研究， 如果不能解决限制条件时不能增殖； 增殖效果与放流位置和放流时的天气状况有关； 多数增殖渔业在社会条件允许下， 都可进行脉冲式捕捞。
Artificial propagation of fisheries resources possesses the functions of enhancing amount of the populations ,restoring the stocks which had been destroied and reconstructing the fisheries.For constructiong a great enhancing system,it must overcome the restricting conditions which inhibit the system to run.The opinions were proposed in this paper that by what means of resolving this problom.Based on analyzing and summarizing the successful practical instances of releasing and enhancement of the Chinese shrimp in the north yellow sea etc,several opinion as follows were proposed for policy making departments to refer:As a policy making department want to switch on a enhancing system,the feasibility investigation must be carried out first,if the restricting conditions can not be resolved,enlancing plan will not be put into practice;The enhancing effects were related to the location where releasing was carried out and the weather situation there.Under the social conditions permitting,in the most of fisheries being enhanced,impulse type fishing may be in underway.
