摘要
目的探讨应用股骨近端锁定加压钢板治疗老年粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法对我院自2007年5月～2010年6月以来,应用股骨近端锁定加压钢板治疗的36例老年股骨粗隆间骨折病例进行分析。结果本组病例手术时间50～70 min,平均55 min,术中出血150～300 mL,平均180 mL。随访6～18个月,平均10个月。36例骨折均愈合良好。无髋内翻、钢板松动、脱钉、断板、断钉、骨折移位、下肢静脉栓塞等并发症的发生。按照Matta髋关节评分:优19例,良17例,优良率为100%。结论股骨近端锁定加压钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the curative effects of proximal femoral locking compression plate fixation in the treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric femoral fractures.Methods 36 elderly patients who had received proximal femoral locking compression plate fixation for the treatment of intertrochanteric femoral fractures in our hospital from May 2007 to June 2010 were analyzed.Results The operative time was 50-70 minutes,with an average of 55 minutes,and the blood loss was 150-300 mL,with an average of 180 mL for this group of patients.The patients were followed up for 6-18 months,with an average of 10 months.All the 36 cases of fractures healed well.There was no occurrence of coxa vara,plate loosening,nail removing,board breaking,nail breaking,fracture displacement,deep vein thrombosis and other complications.According to Matta hip joint score： 19 cases were excellent and 17 cases were good,with the excellent and good rate of 100%.Conclusion The proximal femoral locking compression steel plate fixation is effective in the treatment of intertrochanteric femoral fractures,thereby worthy of clinical application.
