摘要
以某型冲击式水轮机转轮为例,针对其结构特点和加工要求,利用UG软件的CAD/CAM功能,首先对转轮进行三维造型,然后合理地选择刀具、切削参数、进退刀方式等,对转轮进行仿真加工,并自动生成数控加工走刀路线,经后置处理生成数控加工程序。该方法较好地解决了人工编程的不足,为转轮的实际加工提供参考。
Because of complex surface,compact structure and poor opening,the integral NC programming for bucket of pelton turbine is difficult.This study is based on a certain type of pelton runner.For its structural characteristics and processing requirements,it uses CAD/CAM of software UG,to create three-dimensional shape of the runner first,and then selects reasonable tools to cut parameters by mode of cutter entry or exit and so on.So the process can be simulated and automatically generate the NC cutting tool paths on the runner,and generate NC machining program after post-processing.As a result,it not only solves the lack of manual programming by a better way,but also lays a firm foundation for the runner's actual processing.
