摘要
目的观察蛋白粥治疗肾病综合征低白蛋白血症的临床效果。方法选择60例肾病综合征的住院患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗开始及结束时检查血浆白蛋白、24 h尿蛋白定量、血脂和肾功能变化。其中对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组服用蛋白粥1～2个疗程,重点观察血浆白蛋白提升幅度,并与对照组进行对比。结果服用蛋白粥能明显提升血浆白蛋白水平,病情越重,血浆白蛋白越低,血浆白蛋白提升的越快,疗效越好;临床有效率为93.33%,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蛋白粥治疗肾病综合征低白蛋白血症疗效肯定,具有起效快、疗效高、病程短的优点,既经济又安全,为临床应用白蛋白开辟了一条新的途径。
Objective To observe the clinical results on albumen congee to cure nephropathy syndrome and low albumin blood disease.Methods 60 cases of nephropathy syndrome hospitalized were selected and divided into treatment group and control group randomly,with each group of 30 cases.Blood plasma albumin,24 h urine albumen ration,blood fat and kidney function were checked at the very beginning and the end of the cure treatment.The control group was given conventional treatment,the treatment group was taken albumen congee for 1-2 treatment periods.The increase of blood plasma albumin was mainly observed.The results were compared with control group.Results It obviously showed that the blood plasma albumin was increased through taking albumen congee.Blood plasma albumin could be increasing faster and had better curative effect on patients under the condition of badly disease and lower blood plasma albumin.The clinical efficient rate was 93.33%.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion It affirms that taking albumen congee has good effect on curing nephropathy syndrome and low albumin blood disease,which takes advantages of fast effectiveness,good results,short treatment period,economy and good security.It opens up a new approach to apply albumin in clinical.
