摘要
通过测定冬、夏季肥育猪的１２ 项生理生化指标，探讨在大棚舍，有窗舍和开放舍三种不同类型猪舍条件下，寒冷和炎热季节猪的生理及健康状况。结果表明，冬季，大棚舍猪的血红蛋白极显著高于开放舍，红细胞总数、白细胞总数、血细胞压积、总蛋白、清蛋白和球蛋白显著高于开放舍，血红蛋白和总蛋白显著高于有窗舍。夏季，大棚舍猪的呼吸频率极显著低于有窗舍，显著低于开放舍，总蛋白、清蛋白、球蛋白、血糖和胆固醇显著高于有窗舍。
In present experiment,it was studied that physiological and health status of fattening hogs winter and summer in new-type plastic shed large pig house(shed),by determining 12 physiological and biochemical indexs of pigs in shed,closed with windows pig house (closed with windows)and opened pig house(opened).The results showed: In winter,hemoglobin(HB)of pigs in shed was very significantly higher than in opened.Number of red cell(RC),total number of white cell(TWC),packed cell volume(PCV),total proteins(TP),albumin(ALB),and globulin(GLOB)of pigs in shed was significantly higher than in opened,and HB and TP was significantly higher than closed with windows.In summer,breathing rate(BR) of pigs in shed was very significantly less than in closed with windows,significantly less than in opened,and TP,ALB,GLOB,glucose (GLU) and cholesterol(CHOL) was significantly higher than in closed with windows.
