摘要
概述了碳纳米材料的发展及它们的性能和应用,同时介绍了一些比较成熟的制备纳米材料的技术。在此基础上分析了碳纳米管的形成过程和碳纳米管的微观结构,以及碳纳米管制备工艺对微观结构的影响。
The development and applications of the carbon nanomatenals wore discussed briefly in this paper. Some of technologies for synthesis of carbon nanoparticles and carbon nanotubes were introduced. Analysis of the forming process and nanostructure of carbon nanotubes, the effects of technique on the microstructure of carbon nanotubes were discussed.
