摘要
本文研究了蔡,α-氯茶和β-氯萘在环己烷中的紫外吸收光谱,建立了该三组分同时测定的多元系数校正分光光度法,回收率在90%~109%之间,相对标准偏差小于1%,并与经典解三元方程组法进行了比较,结果满意。
In this paper, the UV spectral properties of Naphthalene, α-Chloronaphthalene and β-Chloronaphthalene were studied. The Multivariate factor calibration spcctrophotometric method for simultaneous detemination of Naphthalene , α-Chlorophthalene and β-Chlorophthalene was developed. The recoveries range between 90%-109%, the relative standard deviation were less than 1%. Compared with linear equation set, the results of the method proper are satisfactory.
