联合CTA、CT灌注成像评价颅内外血管搭桥前后脑血流动力学的变化 被引量:7

摘要 动脉粥样硬化造成脑血管狭窄是脑卒中的主要原因。颈动脉系统特别是颈内动脉和大脑中动脉的狭窄或闭塞会给患者造成严重后果,早期准确地评价脑血流动力学变化对进行进一步正确治疗至关重要。CTA及CT灌注成像(CTP)不仅可评价动脉斑块的位置、斑块的性质,明确脑血管狭窄的程度和范围,还可定量评价脑组织血流动力学的改变。本研究采用CTA及CTP技术评价颅内外血管搭桥术前后脑组织血流动学变化。
