摘要
湖北是我国独立学院设置最多的省份。经过快速发展时期后,湖北省独立学院在生源、专业、师资、特色、独立等方面存在的问题也显露出来,分析这些问题的原因,主要为人口因素、利益因素、政策因素、观念因素。可以预料,随着教育部26号令规定的过渡期的临近,随着各学校内涵发展速度快慢与力度大小的差异,湖北省独立学院分化、调整的格局已经不可避免。
Hubei Province has the largest quantity of independent colleges in China, After a period of rapid development, problems in enrollment source, majors, teaehing staff, features and independence appear. In the final analysis, the causes of these problems are faetors concerning population, benefit, poliey and eoncept. It is foreseeable that, with the approaching of the transitional period preseribed in the Provision 26 issused by the Ministry of Education,and with the diffences existing in the connotation development and the potency dimension,the situation of differentiation and modulation will be inevitable.
