摘要
文章通过对"招工难"和"就业难"并存现象的特点及原因分析,从大力发展经济、增加就业岗位,改革户籍、人事和社会保障制度,建立完善的公共服务体系网络,鼓励劳动者自主就业和创业等方面出发探讨了解决问题的策略。
Based on the analysis on the characteristics and reasons of ＂recruitment and employment difficulties＂,this article puts forward some countermeasures to them from the following aspects： economic development,job increase,reforming census register,personnel and social security system,establishing public service system network,encouraging independent employment and entrepreneurship,updating employment ideas,strengthening occupation guidance and establishing people-oriented modern enterprise management system.
