摘要
分别以水玻璃或六偏磷酸钠为抑制剂,采用自行研制的阳离子捕收剂Wely对辽宁海城地区的菱镁矿进行反浮选脱硅试验,并与常规菱镁矿反浮选捕收剂十二胺进行对比。结果显示:两种捕收剂适宜的矿浆pH均为5左右;在合适的用量下,两种捕收剂与水玻璃或六偏磷酸钠配合均可获得MgO品位>47%、SiO2含量<0.2%的菱镁矿精矿,但Wely所获MgO回收率比十二胺高2.15~4.06个百分点,可达77.15%~83.64%,证明Wely对硅酸盐矿物有更好的选择性捕收性能;水玻璃作抑制剂时所需用量达六偏磷酸钠的10倍,且精矿回收率较低,因此六偏磷酸钠更适合作为菱镁矿反浮选的抑制剂。
Taking water glass or sodium hexametahposphate as an inhibitor, did the reverse flotation by cationic collector Wely to desiliconize the magnesite from Haicheng area Liaoning province, and compared the results with common used lauryl amine collector. The experiment results show that the suitable value of pH is 5; under the suitable dosage, these two kinds collectors combined with water glass or sodium hexametahposphate all can get the magnesite concentrate with MgO grade 〉47%, SiO2 content 〈0. 2% ,but the recovery rate of MgO with Wely which can get 77.15% -83.64% higher 2. 15 - 4.06 percentage point than lauryl amine, Wely has the better selective collecting ability to silicate minerals; the dosage of water glass as inhibitor is 10 times than sodium hexametahposphate and the concentrate recovery rate is low, so sodium hexametahposphate is more suitable than water glass as the inhibitor to magnesite reverse flotation.
