摘要
为了解决对轴类零件深埋裂纹的检测和裂纹扩展预测问题,提出了一种基于计算机断层成像(CT)的深埋裂纹的检测和裂纹扩展预测方法,用于轴类零件的性能评定及故障诊断。轴类零件经工业CT扫描得到CT图像序列,采用CANNY算法提取其边缘轮廓,然后对边缘进行矢量化,最后运用有限元理论,对裂纹扩展进行预测。结果表明根据轴类零件工业CT数据可以快速并精确地检测裂纹,并预测裂纹的扩展,实现对轴类零件的性能评定及故障诊断。
To solve the problems of crack detecting and crack propagation forecasting for embedded crack in shaft part,a method for detecting the crack and forecasting crack propagation was presented based on Industrial Computed Tomography(ICT),which was used to assess performance and diagnose failure of shaft part.First,the shaft part was scanned to get a sequence of CT image.Then,the edge of the shaft part was extracted by Canny operators and vectorization was made.Finally,crack propagation was forecasted with finite element theory.The results show that the embedded crack can be quickly and accurately detected and crack propagation was forecasted tion and failure diagnosis for the according to industrial CT data of the shaft part were realized. shaft part.Thus the function evalua-tion and failure diagnosis for the shaft part were realized.
