颈动脉超声检查在高血压病诊治中的意义 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨颈动脉超声检查在高血压病诊治中的意义。方法选择90例高血压病患者按危险分层后,分别采用PHILIPS HDLLXE高频彩色超声进行颈部血管检查,观察其颈动脉内膜-中层厚度及有无斑块形成的情况。结果本组66例超声检查结果异常,其中33例颈动脉内增厚合并斑块,33例单纯为颈动脉内膜增厚,阳性率为73%。并且危险层次越高,病程越长,阳性率越高。结论颈动脉超声检查对于高血压病的诊断分级﹑指导临床治疗和预后有重要意义,应作为高血压患者的常规检查项目。
