摘要
在此设计并实现了一种新型应力传感器,采用MSP430单片机硬件结构,在应力传感器中加入了电子罗盘,可求出传感器安装时的方位角。利用地应力计算公式,可确定煤层中或岩石中应力值状态。多个测点应力传感器可以通过RS-485进行连接,组成分布式应力监测系统,可对矿井中的次生应力进行监测。经过测试和现场应用表明应力传感器安装方便,测量精度高,完全满足煤矿安全生产的需求。
A new stress sensor is propsed and designed by using the MSP430 micmcontroller's hardware architecture. Sensor's azimuth can be calculated by the electronic compass which in the magnetic sensor which installed in the azimuth plane position.And the stress value state can be defined by using the stress measurment formula.The sensor can communicate with the host computer through the serial port RS-485 to comprise the distributed stress monitor system.After testing and field application, indicating that the sensor easy to install,high accuracy,fully meet the demand for coal mine production safety.
