摘要
2010年,由南方水稻黑条矮缩病毒(SRBSDV)引起的新水稻矮缩病在湖南省大面积爆发。为确定南方水稻黑条矮缩病毒的自然寄主范围,采集湖南省永州零陵、邵阳隆回、郴州宜章等地发病田块及附近的禾本科作物及杂草,提取RNA后,用自行设计的专利引物对,对其进行RT-PCR检测,发现高粱、野燕麦、牛筋草是新的SRBSDV自然寄主。
Rice dwarf outbreak caused by Southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus(SRBSDV) was occurred in Hunan province in year 2010.To determine the natural hosts of SRBSDV,cereal crop and weed samples in or around the infected rice fields from different counties of Hunan were collected and detected by RT PCR with a patented primer pair.The results showed sorghum(Sorghum bicolor),wild oat(Avena fatua L.) and goosegrass(Eleusine indica) were the new natural hosts of SRBSDV.
