摘要
利用SolidWorks软件建立了某全挂车牵引架模型,将其导入ADAMS仿真软件,建立了牵引架助力机构的VP模型。以抬起牵引架的过程中人最省力为目标,对助力机构进行优化设计,使操作者能轻松地完成牵引架对接和脱开操作,降低了劳动强度,提高了工作效率。
Some trailer traction frame model was built by Solidworks software. Then the model was imported to ADAMS software to build VP model. Taking man power saving as the optimized object in the progress of uplifting the traction frame, then optimize the power-assisted mechanism to make sure that the operator can easily accomplish connection and disconnection of traction flame. Labor is decreased and efficiency is enhanced.
