摘要
本文研究了村庄金融环境对农户的信贷约束状况的影响。在信贷约束的度量方面,本文区分了生产型信贷约束和生活型信贷约束,并提出了显性信贷约束和隐性信贷约束的概念。本文的研究发现,四大国有银行对缓解农户的信贷约束有显著作用,但只对其中的生产型信贷约束起作用;农村信用社缓解农户信贷约束的作用并不显著,但农信社的村庄信贷员和小组联保贷款政策对降低农户的信贷约束有非常显著的作用;由于机构数量较少,没有形成规模,新型金融机构对缓解农户信贷约束没有显著的作用。
This article studied the effects of the village's financial environment on the credit constraint of villagers.In terms of the measurement of credit constraint,the article distinguished production-oriented credit constraints and life-oriented credit constraints,and put forward the concepts of dominant credit constraints and recessive credit constraints.The researches show that four major state-owned banks can significantly relieve the credit constraints of villagers,but only in the respect of the production-oriented constraints.The rural credit cooperative itself can not significantly reduce the credit constraints,but hiring villagers as credit clerks and group-lending policy have remarkable effects on reducing the credit constraints of villagers.The new type of financial institutions,which has minor organizations and no scale,has no notable effect on reducing the credit constraints of villagers.
