摘要
目的:探讨人性化护理在妇产科临床护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2009年6月—2011年6月于本院妇产科住院的120例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为A组与B组各60例,A组采用常规的护理程序进行护理,B组采用人性化护理程序进行护理,后将两组患者的治疗依从性、不良情绪改善情况及满意度进行统计及比较。结果:B组的治疗依从性及不良情绪改善情况均优于A组,患者的满意率也高于A组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论:人性化护理在妇产科临床护理中的应用效果好,也较受欢迎。
Objective：To investigate the effect of humane care in the application of clinical nursing in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods：120 patients in obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital from June 2009 to June 2011 were chosen.They were randomly divided into A group with 60 cases and B group of 60 cases.A group were taken with conventional nursing procedures care.B group were taken with humane care and nursing procedures.The treatment compliance,improvement of negative emotions and satisfaction for the two groups were taken for statistics and comparison.Results：The treatment adherence and adverse mood improvement in the observation group were better than the control group.Patients＇ satisfaction rate was higher than the control group,P0.05.There were significantly different.Conclusion：The effect for humanistic in the application of clinical nursing care in obstetrics and gynecology was effective,and is more popular.
