摘要
目的评价卫生应急管理模块化培训的远期效果,为完善适宜的卫生应急管理培训模式提供依据。方法通过问卷调查、学员个人访谈及小组座谈进行评价。结果 71.4%的学员认为本次培训内容很实用,85.7%的学员能将所学知识运用到工作中,81.0%的学员知识得到了显著提高,66.7%的学员工作技能得到了显著提高,61.9%的学员态度有了明显改善,95.2%的学员思维有了明显开阔,61.9%的学员行为得到了显著改善。结论本次培训内容实用性好,大部分学员在知识、技能、态度、思维、行为方面有显著的提高和改善,且能将所学知识运用到工作中。
Objective To evaluate the long-term effect of the modular health emergency management training so as to explore the appropriate training model for health emergency managers.Methods This training was evaluated by questionnaire survey and trainees＇ interview and group forum.Results 71.4% trainees thought the training content was very practical;85.7% trainees applied the new knowledge in their work;81.0% trainees＇ knowledge were improved obviously;66.7% trainees＇ skills improved obviously;61.9% trainees＇ attitude were improved obviously;95.2% trainees＇ thinking were improved obviously;61.9% trainees＇ behaviors were improved obviously.Conclusions The training content was very practical;most of trainees had obvious improvement in their knowledge,skills,attitude,thinking,and behaviors;most of trainees can use new knowledge in their work.
