摘要
本文旨在给中国读者介绍过去五年内美国微积分教学改革运动的最新进展情况.这是本文第一作者《美国的微积分教学:1940-2004》(高等数学研究,2005,8(3):6-11)一文的延续.自该论文发表以来,主流改革教材逐渐向传统教材靠拢,而主流传统教材也加入了更多改革风格的内容.本文将对这种趋势做出解释,并探讨最近美国微积分教学中一些值得注意的实验.
The purpose of this paper is to update Chinese audiences on what has been happening with the reform calculus movement in the US in the last five years. It is a continuation of the 2005 paper, Calculus in the US:1940 -- 2004, which appeared in Studies in College Mathematics. Since the time that paper was published, the main reform textbooks have become more traditional while the major traditional textbooks have included more reform-style problems. We offer reasons for this trend and discuss recent interesting experiments with the teaching of calculus in the US.
