摘要
目的优选益心脑滴丸的最佳制备工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,以滴丸的圆整度、丸重差异、溶散时限和外观质量为评价指标,以基质种类、中间体与基质用量比、滴制温度为考察因素优选滴丸成型工艺,以滴距、冷凝剂温度和滴速为考察因素优选最佳滴制工艺。结果优选的最佳制备工艺为:PEG 4000∶PEG 6000为1∶2,药物∶基质为1∶2,滴温75℃,滴距10 cm,滴速30滴/min,冷凝剂温度10℃。结论选取制备工艺合理、简便,适用于本制剂的制备。
Objective To optimize the preparation technology of Yixinnao Dripping Pills.Methods With spherical degree,pill weight variatcon,dissolve time limit coefficient and appearance quality as indexes,the forming technology of Yixinnao Dripping Pills was optimized by orthogonal test using type of matrix,ratio of intermediate material to matrix and dripping temperature as factors,and the dripping preparation technology was optimized using dropping distance,dripping speed and temperature of condensate as factors.Results The optimal preparation conditions were as follows:ratio of PEG 4000 to PEG 6000 was 1∶2,ratio of intermediate material to matrix was 1∶2,dripping temperature was 75 ℃,dripping distance was 10 cm,dripping speed was 30 drop/min,and temperature of condensate was 10 ℃.Conclusion The preparation technology is reasonable,simple and suitable for the preparation of Yixinnao Dripping pills.
