摘要
先进的技术发挥作用需要非技术的支撑和辅助,在图书馆读者服务中非技术因素同样是不容忽视的,文章分析了非技术因素对图书馆读者服务的影响,并在此基础上提出深化图书馆读者服务的应对策略。
If advanced technology wants to play a role, it needs nontechnical＇s support and assistance. Nontechnical factors are also indispensable in the library reader service. By analyzing the nontechnical factor＇s impact to the library reader service, the paper puts forward the strategies to deepen library reader service.
