西双版纳新引油棕品种抗寒性鉴定及抗氧化系统研究 被引量:11

摘要 为了解油棕低温抗性及适应机制,对西双版纳新引油棕品种T1,T2,T3,M1,采用人工低温恒温槽处理离体叶片,测定电解质外渗率、超氧阴离子自由基、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶。结果表明,4个品种相对电导率随温度的降低呈"S"形曲线上升,模拟Logistic方程,求出低温半致死温度作为抗寒能力参考指标,其中以T1(-4.11℃)的抗寒性最强,T3(-2.90℃),T2(-0.92℃)次之,M1(2.18℃)抗寒能力最差。冬季常温下超氧阴离子自由基含量相对较高,保护酶活性较低,随着处理温度的降低,超氧阴离子自由基含量表现较低,保护酶活性则提高,说明低温胁迫诱发了保护酶活性,消除了部分超氧阴离子自由基,降低了低温胁迫对膜的伤害。 To understand the low-temperature resistance and adaptive mechanisms of oil palm, four newly introduced oil palm varieties T1, T2, T3 and M1 in Xishuangbanna were studied. After the arti- ficial low-temperature thermostat bath treatment with leaves in vitro, the electrolyte leakage, superoxide anion radical, superoxide dismutase and catalase were measured. As a result, the relative conductivity of four varieties increased as "S" shaped curve with temperature decrease. By simulating Logistic equation, the semilethal temperature was obtained as cold-tolerance reference index. T1 showed the strongest cold resistance ( - 4. 11℃ ), T3 ( - 2. 90℃ ), T2 ( - 0. 92℃ ) followed, and then M1 (2. 18℃). Superoxide anion radical at room temperature in winter was relatively high, and protective enzymes had lower activity; with the further decrease of temperature, superoxide anion radical decreased and protective enzyme activity increased. The result indicated that low temperature stress induced by the protected activity and eliminate some of the superoxide anion radical, reducing the damage of low temperature stress on membrane.
