CD4^+CD25^+Tregs在慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染中的作用研究进展

摘要 CD4＋CD25＋Tregs是调节性T细胞的亚群之一,在维持机体内环境稳定、肿瘤免疫监测、诱导移植耐受以及自身免疫性疾病的发生中起重要作用。在感染性疾病病程中,CD4＋CD25＋Tregs在一定程度上抑制了保护性免疫,造成了感染持续化,但同时也抑制过强的免疫反应,保护宿主免于发生致命的炎症性病理损害。
