摘要
文章分析了高校国际生利用图书馆存在的诸多问题,指出大学图书馆应该采用多维信息服务模式,从加强入馆教育、利用检索工具个别帮助、开展网上参考咨询服务、加强馆员个人素养、提升馆员业务技能等五个方面论述了高校图书馆开展国际生信息服务的具体举措,以适应国际化要求,提高国际生信息服务水平。
This paper makes an analysis of the series problems in the utilization of library res nts. and points out that university library should adopt the service mode of multiule dim strengthening the education of admission to the library; introducing the retrieval tools; giving individual coaches; carrying out online enquiry services; and raising the accomplishments and professional skills of the librarians.
