摘要
OPAC查询记录是读者向图书馆提交的明确的信息需求请求,是分析读者需求的一项重要依据。文章从多角度阐述了图书馆OPAC查询记录统计功能的意义。在无需对OPAC查询日志进行数据挖掘的前提下,借鉴网络书店顾客管理与需求分析的模式,提出了图书馆实现OPAC查询记录统计分析功能的设想和方案。
OPAC query log record submitted by the readers is the initiative, urgent requirement to the library and an important basis for the analysis of the needs of readers. From the multiple perspectives of the library, this article expounds the significance of the statistical function of OPAC, and presents some reflections and plans to realize the statistical function of OPAC without data mining with the help of the management of customers from online book stores and the analysis of query logs of OPAC.
