No matter the upgradation of traditional industry or the development of emerging industry can not do without the power of capital.However,different capital forms have different natures and different functions.For exmaple,the banking capital and the traditional industrial investment always favor those matural traditional industry,while VC/PE always favors emerging industries.The history of Global economic development shows that science & technology,financial,and industry are three engines that drive the economy forward.Emerging industry is a mix of science & technology innovation,financial innovation,industry and commerce,which represents the direction of the science & technology innovation,the direction of industry advance and also financial development.When the development of the traditional industry becomes weak,the supply and demand balance of national economy will be broken,which makes economy weaker and even causes economic crisis.The needs of development will stimulate science&technology creation,which will promote emerging industries even in the background of economic crisis.Meanwhile,financial capital will also create new tools and methods.Specific speaking,its left will pour the power of VC into science & technology innovation,while its right will pour the power of PE into emerging industry,which will form the power of science & technology,finance and industry together,make the new industry become new economical growth spot,then force the overall industrial structure adjustment,lead to longitudinal upgrades and horizontal transfer,thus finally promote the economy into a new round of prosperity.
