摘要
本文通过对AMOLED技术领域的全球专利布局分析发现:AMOLED领域的专利量近年呈稳定增加趋势,是OLED产业的主要发展方向;韩国、日本、中国台湾占优势地位;三星和LG是此领域的龙头企业;主要集中在电致发光光源、控制装置和电路等技术领域。
Based the worldwide patent portfolio analysis of AMOLED technology, we found that the patent quantities of AMOLED technology have an stably increasing trend in recent years, and AMOLED is the major trend of OLED; South Korea, Japan and Taiwan of China occupied the dominant position; Samsung and LG are the leading companies; the patents mainly focused on electroluminescent light source, control devices, circuit and other technical areas.
