摘要 本文介绍了以STC89C52单片机和达拉斯半导体公司研制的数字式温度传感器—DS18B20为核心器件的高精度测温系统的设计,并利用最小二乘算法结合更高精度的温度计MS6506对其进行温度系数修正,使误差范围由原先的±0.5℃降到±0.1℃以内。在计算修正系数时,借助Matlab工具进行矩阵运算。本系统稳定,价格低廉,精度高,可广泛应用于多种领域。 This paper introduces the design of a high precision temperature measure system which the core devices are STC89C52 MCU and a temperature sensor produced by the Dallas semiconductor company named DS18B20. Its temperature coefficients are corrected by using the least squares algorithm combined with a higher precision thermometer named MS6506, so its error range is reduced from + 0.5℃ to less than ± 0.1 ℃. When calculating the corrected coefficients, the Matlab tool is used in the matrix operations. This system has many advantages, such as lower cost, high precision and high stability etc, so it can be widely used in various applications.
