闭孔神经反射阻滞在膀胱壁电切的临床应用

摘要 目的了解闭孔神经阻滞下经尿道等离子电切膀胱侧壁的疗效。方法回顾性分析在闭孔神经阻滞下经尿道等离子电切刀电切膀胱侧壁48例病人的临床资料。结果手术均顺利进行,所有病例无明显闭孔神经反射发生,未发生膀胱穿孔或改开放手术。结论在闭孔神经阻滞下经尿道的等离子电切膀胱侧壁手术,能有效防止闭孔神经反射发生,减少膀胱穿孔,改善切除范围,有效地提高手术的预期效果。 Objective To understand the therapeutic effect of transurethral electron-resection on bladder side wall under obturator nerve reflex block. Methods The clinical data of 48 patients with transurethral electron-resection on bladder side wall under obturator nerve reflex block were analysed retrospectively. Results All operations of 48 cases were successful with no cases of obvious obturator nerve reflex, bladder perforation or converting to open operation. Conclusion Transurethral electron-resection on bladder side wall under obturator nerve reflex block can effectively prevent obturator nerve reflex, decrease the bladder perforation, improve the removal range and effectively raise the expectation of postoperative efffect.
