糖皮质激素吸入治疗小儿哮喘的有效性及安全性研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨对小儿哮喘患者进行糖皮质激素吸入治疗的临床有效性及安全性。方法对50例在2009年12月至2010年12月期间于我院儿科门诊接受糖皮质激素吸入治疗的小儿哮喘患者进行为期一年的临床观察,对患儿在生长发育、肾上腺皮质功能及骨密度方面的情况进行治疗前后的对比分析,同时以30例正常儿童作为对照组。结果在身高、体重、骨密度以及24h尿游离皮质醇测定方面,治疗组患儿与对照组差异性不大(P>0.05);ACTH激发试验结果也在正常范围之内。结论糖皮质激素作为治疗小儿哮喘的有效药物,长期吸入对患儿的副作用较小,临床应用安全性较高。 Objective To explore the effectiveness and security of glucocorticoid inhalation in the treatment of children with asthma. Methods Fifty cases of children asthma treated with glucocorticoid inhalation in pediatric outpatient department in our hospital from December 2009 to December 2010 were observed for one year. With above 50 asthma children as the treatment group and 30 normal children as the control group, children's growth and development, adrenal cortex function and bone mineral density in the two groups were comparatively analysed. Results The children's height, weight, bone density and 24 h urinary flee cortisol in the treatment group and control group were not significantly different (P 〉0.05); the result of ACTH excitation test was in the normal range. Conclusion Glucocorticoid is an effective drug for treatment of children asthma with fewer side effects for long term of inhalation, which has high security in clinical application.
