摘要
我国在生态城市建设中面临着生态城市建设风格千篇一律、生态城市规划执行不力、城乡建设不协调、建设行为短期性、群众参与度不高等方面的困境。针对这些问题,我们认为应因地制宜形成城市风格,树立生态城市规划的权威性;把城市中心的建设作为生态城市建设的突破口;把农村地区的建设作为生态城市建设的着力点;增强公众的环保意识;发挥政府的主导作用。
In the process of construction of ecological city,we are facing many problems between adjusting measures to local conditions and waking,planning authority and laggardly action,between the integration and incoordination between the city and the countryside,between long-term construction and short-term behavior,between a broad popular participation and people participation is not high,and other aspects.Therefore,we should adjust measures to local conditions to form the style from setting up the ecological city planning authority;regarding the urban center as the breakthrough to the ecological city construction;regarding the rural areas as the acting point of strength;increasing public awareness of environmental protection and giving full play to the government＇s leading role.
