摘要
以八甲基环四硅氧烷(以下简称D4)、四甲基二氢二硅氧烷为原料,在浓硫酸催化下,制得端基含氢硅油中间体.通过环氧氨化法将烯丙基环氧聚醚、端氨基聚醚引入分子链中制得高固含量多元嵌段共聚物,并利用红外光谱对产物结构进行了测试表征.将目标产物经冰醋酸和水稀释后可得到稳定的整理剂乳液,将其整理到粘胶纤维织物上,测试了柔软度、白度、摩擦系数,用X射线衍射、扫描电镜等方法对处理前后纤维织物进行了测试.结果表明:当整理剂用量为30 g/L时,纤维表面如同镀了一层光亮的薄膜,保留了粘胶纤维特有的沟槽形态,对粘胶纤维的吸湿、透气性影响较小,粘胶纤维织物的柔软度、白度、耐摩擦效果较好.
Hydrogen-terminated silicone oil intermediate was prepared using octamethylcyclotetrasiioxane (D4) and tetramethyldihydrodisiloxane as raw materials and concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst. Then allylepoxy- polyether, amino-terminated polyether was added to the molecular chain in order to obtain the high concentrated multi-blocking copolymer, and the structure of the product was characterized by FT-IR. The viscose fabric was finished by the target product which was diluted with acetic acid and water. The target product was diluted by ice acetic acid and water to obtain stable finishing agent emulsion, and then applied in viscose fabric. The control and finished fabric were tested by softness, whiteness, friction coefficient, XRD and SEM. The results showed that when the concentration of softener was 30 g/L, the surface of fiber was plated with a layer of bright film and retained the special grooves of viscose fiber, which affected little on the moisture absorption and gas per-meability of viscose fabric. And the softness, whiteness and abrasion resistance of viscose fabric was good.
