摘要
本文通过热、湿效率及空气流动阻力的推导,使其与转轮的结构尺寸和运行参数结合起来,在流动阻力限制的条件下进行以最高效率为目标函数的优化设计。经分析比较,最终提出一套设计尺寸,并用实测数据验证数学模型的准确性。
In this paper the heat and mass efficiency as well as the drop of the air fluid are introduced. These are combined with the structural demensions and the operational parameters of exchanger limited by the drop of the air fluid. Then according to the method of optimization, the heat rotary wheel is designed by the function of object in the highest heat and mass efficienency. By the analysis and the comparison, a set of parameters has been yielded. To varify the accuracy, the mathmatical models have been checked by the experimental data.
