摘要
通过模具热处理应力及变形的原因分析,提出相应的改善对策。为减小与改善淬火变形,应正确选择模具钢材,保证材质冶金质量,合理设计模具结构,改善冷热加工过程,以及优化淬火工艺参数与操作方法。
Through analysis of the die & mold heat treatment stress and deformation reason, put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures. In order to reduce the quenching deformation, the right choice of die & mold steel, to ensure that materials metallurgical quality, reasonable structure design of die & mold, improvement of hot and cold processing process, as well as the optimization of quenching process parameter and operation method.
