摘要 精度控制是船舶分段建造过程中的关键,但目前这方面的研究非常少,本文针对船体平直分段精度控制问题进行了深入研究.运用状态空间方程对船底分段装焊过程中的偏差流进行建模,主要分析了零件自身偏差、零件定位偏差和因焊接变形产生的偏差在工序间的变化、累积和传递过程,焊接变形偏差主要有对接变形偏差和角接变形偏差.在三维坐标系中以零件关键点的偏差为状态矢量,零件测量偏差作输出矢量,建立状态空间模型.最后用实际分段的装焊过程为例验证,表明该模型对船底分段精度控制是有效的. Bottom block quality is a very important topic in the machining processes,and precision control is the key in the process.However,limited research has been done on this field.A method based on the state space model was shown to model the variation propagation of the bottom block assembly in shipbuilding.First,the part's accumulative error and part's locating error and welding deformation error were analyzed.The welding deformation variation mainly comes from butt-joint deformation and corner-joint deformation.Those dimensional variations increased,decreased,stacked-up,propagated,and became the final product variation when the process was completed.Secondly,a state space model was built to describe the variation propagation,using the key point variation of the part as a state vector and using measurement variation as an output vector.Finally,a bottom block erection instance was described to illustrate and verify the application of this model.
