摘要
以鄱阳湖湿地为研究对象,利用地理信息系统、遥感动态监测、全球定位系统、空间数据库、三维虚拟仿真和水动力学等理论与方法,建立了集知识、模型和决策为一体的鄱阳湖湿地基础地理信息系统.结果表明,本系统在一定程度上解决了湿地生态经济建设中环境、水利、国土规划等行业之间虽然紧密联系,但又相互隔离的矛盾,实现了地理信息系统平台与水力学模型的无缝结合与应用.该系统实现了系统集成开发、水利工程三维建模与仿真、基于三维WebGIS的洪水动态演进模拟预报.
Poyang Lake wetland, one of the world's six major wetlands, was taken as the research object. The theories and technologies of geographic information system, remote sensing, global positioning system, spatial database, three-dimensional virtual simulation and hydrodynamic theories were adopted to construct the fundamental geographic information system for Poyang Lake wetland, which integrates the expert knowledge, model and decision making functions. To a certain extent, this system solved the contradictions in wetland economic development, in which different sectors (e. g. environment, water conservation and land planning) are closely related, but are at the same time isolated from each other. And to some extent, this system realized systems integration development, three dimensional modeling and simulation for hydraulic engineering, and the dynamic simulation and forecasting of flooding based on 3D WebGIS.
