摘要
在 LS—500型冷水机组中用 R22 R114取代 R22作为制冷剂进行试验,在相同的最低蒸发温度和最高冷凝温度试验条件下,结果表明 R22/R114较 R22有明显节能效果,COP 提高30~40(?),量冷量有不同程度下降。以 MH—81方程为基础,采用常数混合法则计算R22 R111的汽液相平衡和热力性质。对冷水机组进行的模拟计算与试验结果较为吻合。
Experimental and theoretical study using nonazeotropic refrigerant mixture R22/R114instead of R22 in a cold water production system(type-LS500)has been done.It is show fromthe experiment result that the COP increased about 30-40%.and capacity decreased adout 1-6%,under the test condition of equal maximum condensation tern perature and equal minimum evaporation temperature for different refrigerant.MH-81 equation of stae was used for simulation calculation of the cold water system using R22/R114.the result is reasonable compared with the experimental data.
