摘要
本文在叙述涡旋机械工作原理的基础上,看重分析涡旋制冷压缩机的结构内容积比,提出了涡旋压缩机阶梯式结构的新概念,并给出其结构内容积比的计算方法。阶梯式结构的涡旋压缩机的结构内容积比比等高结构的要大得多。阅此,这种结构的单级涡旋制冷压缩机可在制冷低温工况范围内高效地使用。
On the basis of description of the working principle of the scroll machanics, a special analysis is made for the internal volume ratio of the scroll refrigerating compressor. The step structure, a new kind of structure of scroll compressor, is suggested and a general method of calculating its internal volume ratio is given. It turns out that the step structure of the scroll compressor has much greater internal volume ratio than original structure. As a consequence, this structure makes it possible to use a single stage scroll refrigersting compressor to get high efficiency in the condition of low temperature.
