摘要
目的了解血清B型钠脲肽在甲状腺功能亢进症中的变化及临床意义。方法对96例甲状腺功能亢进的患者进行B型钠脲肽测定。结果甲状腺功能亢进患者B型钠脲肽值明显升高,并随疾病的好转而下降。结论 B型钠脲肽值对甲状腺功能亢进症有辅助诊断作用,是观察甲状腺功能亢进症治疗效果的有效指标。
Objective To evaluate the clinical significance and changes about the levels of plasma BNP in patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods Measured the levels of plasma BNP in 96 patients with hyperthyroidism.Results It found that BNP was significantly higher in patients with hyperthyroidism,and decreased with the improvement of hyperthyroidism.Conclusion The level of plasma BNP is assisted to diagnose hyperthyroidism,and it is a validity index to observe the treatment effect of hyperthyroidism.
